Longevity and maintenance
A flat roof can have a lifespan of up to 30 years. However, in order to retain such durability, it is necessary that the covering of the flat roof is done according to industry standards.
It is recommended to perform a visual inspection of the roof approximately twice a year. If necessary, our roofing service technicians will assess the required work.
Elastomeric membrane
Made of petroleum, the elastomer membrane has an interesting lifespan, which can vary from 20 to 30 years, depending on conditions and maintenance. The installation process is not simple, using a torch, and requires experience. Our team is trained and qualified to make the proper installation of the elastomer membrane.
